Hi, I am Saurabh Rajput, Pharma Expert, Pharma Business Consultant, and Pharma Trainer. With my 16 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, I am here to help all Pharma entrepreneurs and Pharma companies achieve their goals. My vision and mission are to share my experience and knowledge gained through my 6 years of starting a Pharma marketing company from zero to crores. I am a Business Catalyst and my mission and vision to start Pharma Training Journey is to genuinely help all new and existing Pharma entrepreneurs to grow their Pharma company, sales, and achieve their goals.
Mr. Saurabh Rajput has done Diploma in Pharmacy and then after done his graduation (BSc with Biology) and attended lots of training programs throughout India from reputed trainers. In 2008, he started his career as a Medical Representative with a new launching company with only 2 products. He was promoted as Area Sales Manager within 1 year and then as Regional Sales Manager (RSM). His last designation was Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM). At ZSM level, he was handling a sales team of approximately 70 people with ₹1.5 crore/month sale.
During his job, he had worked in Delhi, U.P., Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, and Bihar states. He comes from a lower middle-class family, but his dreams are always big. So, in 2018, he decided to quit his job and started his own Pharma company with ₹3 lakh of debt. In just 6 years span of time (including 2 years of COVID), right now, they are doing good sales.
Although he has experience and learned lots of things about how to launch and make a successful Pharma company during his job, still he had faced lots of problems and challenges when he started his own Pharma company because job and business both are two different things. You need to manage lots of things in business. So, he made lots of mistakes because he didn’t have any mentor and proper guidance. That thing clicked into his mind that people like him who put their hard-earned money into Pharma business must be facing the same problems and issues and also they don’t have any mentor and support.
So, with the thought of helping each and every Pharma business and entrepreneur, he has started making videos on YouTube on various topics and problems in Pharma business. People from Pharma field feel very connected with his videos and he is getting lots of love and support from Pharma entrepreneurs through their comments, WhatsApp messages, with love and support of people in just 2 years of time, he hit 15,000 subscribers with more than 10,000 followers on social media.
